Q: Where can I find my tickets?

A: You should be getting them to your email.

 

Q: What is the price for admission?

A: Admission varies for each event. Click here for more info.

Q: Do you have any discounts?

A: Yes, Online you can purchase with a discount.

 

Q: I'm unable to find my tickets. 

A: If you can’t find them, you have the option to resend them.

 

Q: Are children allowed?

A: Yes, we allow all ages. Children under 12 enter for free.

 

Q: What are the show hours?

A: Hours vary for each event. Click here for more info.

Q: Can I bring my pet to the show?

A: Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at the show, unless they are part of a paid exhibitor's display or a service animal. 

Q: Am I able to return another day if I want to purchase something I saw at the show?

A: We will be pleased to hear that you found value in the show and want to return a second day. If this is the case, please see the show manager in the show office at the event. We will be happy to accommodate you.

Q: Is food available at the venue?

A: Yes, there are several food vendors on-site including the venue’s Cafe which offers full meal service including hot and cold meals, snacks and beverages.

Q: Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

A: Yes, the facility is wheelchair accessible.

Q: How can I find a specific exhibitor at the show?

A: 30 days prior to show date, we will advertise the exhibitor list along with booth numbers.

 

Q: What can I expect to see at the show?

A: You will see a variety of vendors, keynote speakers, art sessions, pet adoption and much more.

Q: Is it extra charge to attend the art session and speakers?

A: No, these features are complimentary.
